Bipasha's Fitness secrete :
Bipasha's Diet: Bipasha starts her day with tea, almonds soaked overnight and warm water. Then for breakfast, she has six egg whites, mushroom and toast with porridge skimmed milk and fruits. Then there is an apple to be consumed at 11 AM. Bipasha sits down for lunch at 1 AM sharp. The lunch comprises green vegetables, dal, grilled chicken or fish, green salad, two soya chapattis. There is no rice on Bipasha’s plate. This is followed by tea at 5 pm. Dinner is at 9 PM with salad, three vegetables cooked in olive oil, grilled chicken or fish and a tiny bit of dessert. Also, she abstains from smoking and drinking.
